PIGMENTS est l'exposition annuelle de la classe de scénographie de deuxième année. Elle devait avoir lieu dans les locaux de l'Ecole nationale de théâtre du Canada mais face au confinement, nous avons décidé d'exposer notre travail en ligne. Ici, nous nous présentons en tant qu'artistes et nous vous proposons de découvrir notre travail, celui de deux années à l'ENTC.
Nous sommes huit femmes venant de cinq pays à travers le monde et nous voulons partager la diversité de nos travaux ainsi que notre processus de travail. Avec PIGMENTS, nous voulons montrer la couleur de chacune d'entre nous.

PIGMENTS is the second year set and costume design class’s annual expo. It would have taken place at the National Theatre School of Canada, but because of the confinement, we decided to present our work online. Here, we are presenting ourselves as artists, and we would like to invite you to discover our work from our two years at NTS.
We are eight women, who come from five different countries from all over the world, and we want to share the diversity of our work and our processes. With Pigments, we want to show each of our unique internal colors.

L'EXPOSITION
THE EXHIBITION
Chaque année, les étudiantes de deuxième année en scénographie de l'ENTC présente une exposition de leur travail. Celle-ci devait avoir lieu dans le LabLX de l'école (salle entièrement noire).
Daria Miscia était en charge de la scénographie de cet événement et nous vous présentons ici les photos de la maquette qu'elle a réalisée.
Son but était de permettre au visiteur de comprendre l'univers foisonnant de notre classe en ramenant nos tables de travail au centre pour exposer les maquettes et des carrés blanc (forme chère à notre professeur de dessin François Vincent) en périphérie pour accrocher les œuvres.
Each year, the NTS's second-year scenography class presents an exhibition of their work. It was supposed to take place in the school's LabLX (a "black box").
Daria Miscia was in charge of the scenography of this event and we present here the photos of the model she made.
Her goal was to allow the visitor to understand the teeming universe of our classroom by bringing our work tables in the center to display the models and white squares (a shape dear to our drawing teacher François Vincent) around the room to hang the artworks.
